Introduction
This website presents the work of Desia Lab and collects only the data needed to reply when you get in touch, for example through the contact form.
This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and which rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). By browsing the site or submitting the form, you acknowledge these practices.
Data Controller
The data controller is Desia Lab (LABMARK di Massimo Longobardi), based in Salerno, Italy. For any privacy request, write to desialab@gmail.com.
Information Collected
We collect the data you send us voluntarily through the contact form: your name, email address, website, type of project, how you found us and the text of your message.
The site may also record browsing data in aggregated form, such as pages viewed, device type and length of visit. This data helps us improve the design, content and user experience of the site.
We do not ask for sensitive data. No payment data is collected or stored on this website.
Purpose and Legal Basis
We use the form data only to reply to your request and, if needed, to arrange a possible project. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Aggregated browsing data helps us improve the site, based on the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent. We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Recipients and Retention
Messages sent through the form reach the controller’s mailbox via Framer, the platform that hosts the site. Technical service providers, such as hosting and email, may process the data as data processors.
Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area. In these cases the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows, then we delete it.
Data Security
We use secure and trusted systems to store data and take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
If you have any concern about the safety of your data, you can write to us at any time.
Cookies & Analytics
This site may use cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Framer’s built-in analytics. They help monitor site performance and understand which pages are viewed most often, without identifying individual users.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can disable them at any time in your browser settings. Disabling them may slightly change how the site works and still lets you browse it and contact us.
Your Rights
At any time you can:
Request access to the personal data you have sent us.
Ask for correction or deletion of that data.
Ask to restrict or object to the processing.
Receive your data in a readable format (portability).
To exercise your rights, write to desialab@gmail.com. Every request is handled without delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
